About Randy D. Mosier
Professional Development
I am a professional Scrum Master and Business Coach with valuable tool sets that unlock the potential of teams. With my agile mindset, I see the world through the lens of team development. My experience and expertise have been honed over the years of working with numerous teams in different industries. I work with clients to help them achieve their goals by creating effective strategies that allow them to optimize their team's potential.
I bring over 27 years of leadership experience in mental health to the role of Scrum Master, where I've served as a Servant Leader, coach, mentor, facilitator, teacher, change agent, and impediment remover. This diverse background uniquely positions me for the dynamic challenges of the Scrum Master role.
In mental health leadership, I focused on team and client service, dedicating years to achieving goals within specified time frames—reflecting the time-bound objectives of Agile. Embracing transparency, inspection, and adaptation principles, we made our progress visible, ensuring clarity on goals and adapting methods to help clients succeed.
Similar to Scrum, I engaged with stakeholders to align goals and objectives of our shared client. Under my leadership my teams strategically met or exceeded Joint Commission metrics routinely. Every step in my career has primed me for the Scrum Master role, where I'm excited to channel my passion for helping teams achieve goals.
With 3 years as a Scrum Master, my experience spans tackling complex business problems, developing Enterprise Data Platforms, and assisting software teams. I immerse myself in team language and excel through constant research and strategic questions. I look forward to discussing how my leadership and Agile values align with your team's needs.

Reading
I believe in personal and professional development. I spend time reading books that inspire me, my clients, or team members to become a better version of ourselves. Books like, Atomic Habits, SCRUM, 12 Week Year, Do It in A Day, Project Management, and many others.
Training
Professional development drives me to continue to achieve more certifications that make me a better leader, Agilist, mentor, and coach.
Exercise & Diet
One cannot experience their best selves without learning the habit of exercise and healthy eating. I enjoy long walks, jogging, light weight workouts, hiking, fishing and foods that reduce risk value and are healthy. It also matters that these foods are rich in flavor. A favorite dish is grilled salmon, smoked on cedar wood, grilled asparagus, and quinoa rice.
Spiritual Development
Neglecting the soul leads to a life unfulfilled. I make it a habit to be a part of a community of faith, to study, pray, and enter into brief seasons of fasting.
